It’s part of our journey to struggle, but it’s our calling to find truth of life to move through with serenity and strength. We must understand the simplicity in letting go and letting self-love root in us.

Let the universe show you how to survive by continuing on while being honest with yourself about your dreams; and have the courage to understand your pain, anger, sadness, joy, desires, and love! In painful situations searching for the good can be daunting, understanding the moment, and the love you have for yourself still in the darkest of moments, that’s part of the courage it takes to live consciously.
You have to have the courage to find the strength to learn and evolve, opening yourself to new modalities for healing. Life is amazing and you have the power to manifest your reality through self-understanding. You have the perseverance to remember this is only temporary.
This life is all a brief moment in time and everything will be ok, it’s too heavy, let it go. Compassion and joy, outweigh the heaviness. So let it go, if for no other reason than it’s too heavy, and understand that as long your heart still beats, you can defeat the weight of doubt, fear, loss, guilt, and shame.
